إن أهم ما يتميز به الإنسان عن سائر المخلوقات هو العقل البشري وما يتميز به من قدرات غير محدودة على التفكير والتحليل والإنتاج المعرفي، ولاستغلال هذه القدرات وتوظيفها في سبيل التطور ورفعة البشرية لا بد من استخدام العقل وتنشيطه، والعقل كباقي أعضاء الجسم يحتاج إلى العناية والغذاء والتدريب الجيد، وكي يتمكن العقل البشري من الوصول إلى أعلى درجات نشاطه في التفكير والتحليل والنقد والاستنتاج والإبداع وحل المشاكل فإنه سيحتاج إلى التدريب على التفكير، وقد يكون هذا التدريب على شكل اكتساب مهارات ومعارف، ومن أهم المواضيع التي يجب الاهتمام بها وبناء الوعي في كل ما يتعلق بها هو التفكير الناقد.

ومن هنا جاءت أهمية هذا البرنامج التدريبي في تعريف مفهوم التفكير والتفكير الناقد، وخصائص كل منهما، وتوضيح أنماط التفكير المختلفة وأهم ما يميزها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على المهارات الواجب على الشخص امتلاكها كي يصبح مفكراً ناقداً جيداً. أما على الصعيد العملي فإن هذا البرنامج يسعى إلى تمكين المتدربين من توظيف ممارسات التفكير الناقد في المسائل الحياتية المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى تعريفهم بمعايير ومفاتيح التفكير الناقد، وأهم المعوقات التي قد تحد من فاعلية التفكير الناقد وكيفية التغلب عليها، كما يسعى البرنامج إلى توضيح مفهوم التفكير الإيجابي وعلاقته بالتفكير الناقد، وقواعده وطرق تحفيزه، وكيفية المحافظة على الحالة الإيجابية في عملية التفكير بشكل دائم.

تنمية التفكير الناقد

هذه الوحدة هي عبارة عن تمارين وتطبيقات عملية تهدف إلى تنمية التفكير الناقد، كما تتناول معايير التفكير الناقد التي تُمثل خارطة الطريق للمفكر ناقد. وأخيراً كيفية التغلب على معوقات التفكير الناقد.

التفكير الإيجابي

وصلنا إلى الوحدة الأخيرة والتي ستتعرف من خلالها على مفهوم التفكير الإيجابي وقواعده، كما ستتعرّف على عدة طرق لتحفيز التفكير الإيجابي مثل النظر إلى الفوائد وعدم المبالغة في تعقيد الأمور وغيرها.
