Gestion de projet Agile from Coursera

Il s'agit du cinquième cours du programme Google Project Management Certificate (certificat de gestion de projet Google). Ce cours explorera l’histoire, l’approche et la philosophie de la gestion de projet Agile, notamment le cadre Scrum. Enfin, vous apprendrez à rechercher et à décrocher des missions dans un poste Agile. Les chefs de projet Google vous fourniront des approches pratiques pour accomplir ces tâches grâce aux ressources et outils appropriés.

Les participants qui terminent ce programme doivent être prêts à postuler à des emplois de gestionnaires de projet débutants. Aucune expérience préalable n’est nécessaire.

À la fin de ce cours, vous serez capables de :

- Expliquer l’approche et la philosophie de la gestion de projet Agile, y compris les valeurs et les principes.

Vous découvrirez comment le cours est structuré et explorerez l'histoire, l'approche et la philosophie de la gestion de projet Agile et de la théorie Scrum. Scrum 101

Mise en œuvre de Scrum
