Welcome to My Unique Approach to Thai Massage.

Hi there.

Whether you’re completely new to Thai massage or a seasoned massage professional, this course is designed just for you.

With over 25 years of experience and feedback from hundreds of clients, I’ve created a unique style of Thai massage that combines the best of traditional techniques with a modern twist—perfectly suited to today’s busy lifestyles and common physical challenges.

Why Choose This Course?

Traditional Thai massage is a beautiful therapy with countless benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. However, its rigorous, time-intensive sequences can feel overwhelming to learn and apply, especially for modern clients with specific needs and time constraints.

That’s why I’ve reimagined Thai massage, crafting a sequence that:

- Focuses on relaxation and targeted care for the areas that suffer most in today’s sedentary world—the back and neck.

- Incorporates passive stretching, gentle rocking, and rhythmic techniques that feel incredible for your clients and are easier on you as a therapist.

- Is easy to learn, easy to apply, and immediately effective for relieving stress, tension, and pain.

What You’ll Learn

1. Master a modern Thai massage sequence that balances relaxation with therapeutic benefits.

2. Learn techniques that are:

- Gentle but effective.

- Perfect for addressing common issues like tight shoulders, stiff necks, and lower back pain.

3. Develop a deep understanding of:

- How to adapt traditional Thai massage to suit the needs of your clients.

- Creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients who want to lie down and unwind.

4. Gain confidence in providing a highly personalized, effective massage experience that stands out from traditional approaches.

Why This Sequence is Perfect for Modern Clients

- Targeted Focus: Addresses the most common problem areas, especially for those with desk jobs or sedentary lifestyles.

- Relaxation-Based: Combines the therapeutic benefits of Thai massage with a calming, restorative approach that clients love.

- Accessible for Everyone: Designed to be enjoyable for both the client and the therapist, avoiding overly demanding techniques.

Who Is This Course For?

This course is ideal for:

So what makes this thai massage course so different?

Download your Ebook with the complete sequence that you will learn throughout the course

As I will be teaching thai massage to the absolute beginner to the seasoned massage professional you can check whether you can skip this section or not.

Here I go through which types of mats I recommend and others which I most definitely do not

Proper clothing in Thai massage is important for both the massage therapist and clients to ensure comfort, safety, and respect during the session. It allows for ease of movement, modesty, and is an important aspect for your clients to know before the massage session

Proper hygiene is always important

It's important to use proper body mechanics in Thai massage because the therapist needs to move a lot and use their body weight to perform the techniques well. Using proper body mechanics helps prevent injury, reduce strain, and make sure the client gets the full benefits of the massage.

Lets have a look now at the most common positions we will be using throughout the thai massage

One of the best things about thai massage is that we get to use so many different techniques with different parts of the body. Here I go through these

As in any massage, but especially with thai massage we need to be aware of contraindications and precautions.

I finally have my new mat and its not what I had imagined.

You can join our Facebook group-it's a great resource!

I would like you to see the 4 ways that you can get the best out of the course whether you are sitting watching this on a phone in a restaurant, at home or want to practice by yourself or with your partner.

Here is my complete thai massage set up.

No matter what style of massage you are doing, this is a vital first step for both you and your client

This first section will have your clients in complete and total bliss! THAT is what you want when starting any massage! Here I will run you though each technique.

Now that you have studied how to use your body and know how to do each technique, lets now practice it!

After doing thousands of thai massages over nearly 30 years, I want to give you my take on why I start at the feet and do NOT start them sitting up which is so typical of many thai massage sequences

Now we start moving onto the leg sequence. Here's how to do each technique correctly.

Now let's learn the techniques on the legs and hips from a prone position and start stretching them as well. Here I will show you one of my favorite techniques which also is a favorite of thai massage practitioners worldwide.

I just want to clear up the camera angles for you so that there is no confusion

No we move onto working the back, neck and hips from the side lying position

When it comes to turning the client over from a face up(supine) position to a face down(prone) position there a a couple of ways to do it.

Now we are going to use our feet to massage the clients feet from a prone position. This feels heavenly!

Ok, here are some things that I want you to be very aware of. I am teaching you this because I have had thai massage practitioners do these things in the past.

Lets now work the techniques on the back and have the client drooling with pleasure.

Now that you know the techniques for the back, lets practice them.

Here is the cobra stretch and also a great way to transition the client from face down to face up.

Now you can look how to do it and practice it

Here are some very important points on this section for you to consider.

The butterfly stretch is an advanced stretch. Here I show you how to do it and then the method to bring the client to a seated position. If you don't/cant do the butterfly stretch, just do the cross legged stretch to bring them to a seated position.

Now you can practice these moves!

Here we work on these really lovely seated position moves and stretches

Now its your turn to practice them

Its time to learn these wonderful techniques.

Yep! Now you can practice them to get them feeling amazing.

Here is the opposite arm sequence for you

Now we finish up the massage with an incredible neck, face and head massage

Here are the techniques for you to learn

Let's end this thai massage the way that we started it by leaving them in a complete and utter state of bliss

Now I have for you the entire 1 hour sequence that you can practice to.

Here is the full sequence without the seated techniques

Here is my recommendation for how to give someone a longer massage
