This cycle is for those of you who have never workout their core muscles. If that's the case with you, then you will start from week 1 as per the plan.

This workout plan is best suited for those of you with some core strength and for those who have successfully gone through the Beginner's workout. The exercises put enough tension on your core to help you develop an impressive core.

This is the ultimate workout routine and it is recommended only for those of you who have successfully completed the previous levels or if you have a particularly strong core. This cycle will demand a lot of energy, concentration and willpower, but will also yield the best results. If you are serious about your workouts, it’s just a matter of time until you reach this level.

The workouts will help you build strong core muscles and will get you more defined. However, you won't be able to reveal your physique if you have a few layers of fat. So it is important that you keep track of what and how much you eat in order to drop the body fat percentage and give your abs a chance to shine. This is exactly what we examine here.

In this video I am going to talk about some of the most effective and safe supplements you can take in order to boost your progress and get better results quicker. I am only including this lecture for those of you who are already supplementing or would like to speed up the process. The three supplements we are going to examine are considered safe when taken in reasonable quantities (as per the instructions on the label) and have not been shown to cause any side effects unless taken in excess.
