Los sistemas de información que funcionan para internet tienen grandes ventajas como poder manejarlos en diferentes dispositivos como computadores, celulares y tabletas. Tienen mucha mayor capacidad de almacenamiento en comparación con Microsoft Access y relativamente mayores protocolos de seguridad para proteger los datos.

Otra ventaja de este tipo de software es que el cliente no requiere adquirir ningún programa especializado, lo único que requiere es que los dispositivos estén conectados a Internet para poder manejar sus sistemas de información en línea.

En este curso aprenderás a diseñar el mismo sistema de información creado en el primer curso de este programa de certificación, un CRM (Customer Relationship Management), creando la base de datos relacional en MySQL, y los formularios, consultas e informes en la plataforma Joomla con PHP y MySQL.
