I like to thank  Anatomy for Sculptors for their book, which is just the best for studying human anatomy.

In the course we will go trough the main shapes of the legs, then we will put the diffrent muscle groups over the leg bones to make a leg from muscles. Then it will be time for planes of the leg, to understand the shapes better by simplification.

After we will dive a bit more into foot anatomy by sculpting and talking about the foot shapes and forms. Bridgeman leg will be next, followed by female leg. The normal male leg and super muscular leg will be done before we go to the stylized female and stylized male leg. At the end we will do a bent leg, to see how the shapes and forms change.

The course is done mostly in Blender by 3D sculpting, because that is the way to see the forms and shapes from all sides, but you can do the course with pen and paper, digital drawing or sculpting.

If you also want to sculpt in Blender, but you don't know how, you can check my Absolute begnners Blender course.

Let every day whith this course be a leg day for you.
