This is a great course. I'm well into my 40's and while I try to stay fit and active, it's nice to get a formal refresher so I know what to focus on. This is especially so when there is so much conflicting information out there about what's "healthy." If you take this course, take care to be thorough in your personal assessment as you can gain a lot of insights from it alone.
