With the tactics I show you and the recipes I have designed, you will be able to impress your friends and family by the end of this course.

The course is fast, easy, and suitable for all levels of cooks. All of the ingredients are widely available and easy to find. This course will expose you to multicultural ingredients including Indian and Asian.

This course is structured to build off of one sauce, the mother sauce, which can be transformed into three unique sauces. Each sauce is unique and will give your food the perfect kick. My recipes cannot be taught or learned anywhere else, as they are originals.

I have designed this course to be suitable for all skill and age levels. Whether you’re a brand new chef wanting to learn new recipes or an experiences pro chef looking to expand your skills, my course will give you exactly what you’re looking for. I have included a list of specific ingredients that can be found at most grocery stores and utilize multicultural tastes and spices.

My course can be completed as quickly or slowly as you like but I recommend making the mother sauce and one of the other three options on the same day to ensure the freshest quality and taste.

Not only will you learn new sauce recipes, but also you will take away special cooking tactics and techniques that you can apply towards anything you cook in the future. I walk you through each step of the cooking process and point out key things to look our for to determine when each step is complete as well as to get the most flavor.

Syllabus

Create the base sauce that will be used for making all of the other sauces.

In this lecture I will introduce myself and the overview of the entire course.We will learn what ingredients are needed for the mother sauce. In addition we will learn the equipment needed to make the mother sauce.

In this lesson you will start building the structures of the mother sauce

This lecture I will demonstrate the proper way you will want to chop your onions and garlic.

Continuing with the creation of our mother sauce we will fry our onions and garlic. Students will be able to identify when the onions and garlic are cooked and ready for the next step.

We will finally add the tomato paste. In addition students will learn how to carmelize the tomato paste in order to finish our mother sauce.

Finally we will put all our pieces together and blend everything into our delicious mother sauce.

Create an Indian Style sauce using the original base Mother Sauce.
Introduction

We will learn what new ingredients we need for our Tomato Curry Sauce and why we use these ingredients.

Students will saute their ginger, garlic, and spices. We will learn about the perfect time to end our saute.

The importance of letting a sauce simmer will be covered in this lecture, and best of all we will complete our Italian Tomato Sauce.

Create an Asian Style stir fry sauce using the original Mother Sauce.
Stir Fry Ingredients

Similar to other sections we will again saute some of our ingredients. However students will learn the importance of scallions and will learn the perfect amount of time to saute them.

Add the Flavor Base
Create a Italian sauce based on the Mother Sauce.

Create An All Purpose Italian Tomato Sauce, Delicious Over Pasta, Fish Or Any Type of Seafood, Vegetables,

Chicken, Once Again From Our Mother Sauce,

We will learn what new ingredients we need for our Italian Tomato Sauce and why we use these ingredients.

11/2 Cups Mother Sauce

4 Cloves Garlic Chopped Fine

2 TBS Olive Oil Or Any Oil prefered

Pinch of sugar

1/2 Tea spoon for crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 Cup tomato paste

1/2 Cup Red wine

1 TSP Italian seasoning

1/4 CupChopped Italian basil

1/4 Cup Chopped fresh pasley

2 Bay leaves

Saute Garlic & Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Students will learn what herbs to add. We will also cover adding our mother sauce in this lecture.

Add Mother Sauce

Once everything is assembled we will finally simmer and complete our Tomato Sauce
