One of the most crucial steps in any project is understanding the business objective. If you miss the mark here, all of your efforts will be a waste of company time and money.

Business Cases are generally created by the business or Business Analysts, but there are times when the Project Manager is also engaged. This lecture will detail out the basics of a Business Case and why they are used.

This lecture takes the basics we learned about Business Cases in the previous lecture and expands on that knowledge to show you how to actually create a Business Case.

One of the first steps of any project is to create the Project Charter. Here you will get a clear understanding of what a Project Charter is, why it is utilized, and how to create one.

Well the project is done, you should just release the resources back to their normal duties...right? NO! There a some important tasks you should accomplish before officially closing out the project and one of them is the Project Completion Verification.
