Relax and enjoy this little 7 minute sound journey with Himalayan singing bowls, crystal triangle, quartz crystal bowl and sound pod.

This sound journey focuses on expanding the Inner Self on waves of resonance from the quartz crystal singing bowls. A brief guided meditation accompanies this harmonically resonant concert.

Gather your stress, find a comfortable chair, and then allow the beautiful waves of sound from the bowls to clear your consciousness.

This meditation features the exotic crystal harp from Germany and brings a reverence for color to the sound meditation. Using color with sound is a highly effective meditative tool. Give your mind permission to explore the idea of coloring with sound.

This guided meditation features crystal and metal bowls that harmonize with the tone of OM (C#).

Experience your energy centers like never before! Only the quartz crystal singing bowls are used in this meditation. As we visit each chakra, you will be invited to:

1. Place your hand on the Chakra to bring awareness to that location

2. Contemplate words used to describe the Chakra

3. Visualize the chakras' Color, the circles of sound, etc.

4. Be a Listening Presence and receive the pure tones played in healing 5th intervals and beautiful chords.

5. Breathe to create space and release.

6. Tone the Vowel associated with each chakra.

7. Silent Affirmation will be repeated 3 times silently.

In Sanskrit, "So Hum" means "I AM". We will use this simple mantra to broaden breathing and engage our voices. Use this "Mobile Meditation" anywhere; it helps clear the brain and ignites vibration throughout the body.

The Bija mantras are one-syllable seed sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify & balance the mind & body. Refer to the resource section for a printout.
