You should have a grasp of how to warm up and stretch properly along with knowing how to do exercises to strengthen you ankles and knees

In this lecture, we briefly cover the history of b-boying or breakdancing. From the 70's, 80's, 90's and today's era of bboys.

All freestyle dances have a groove. It's the core of any dance, without it, the dance looks stiff and lifeless. This video teaches you the basic mechanics of how b-boys or breakdancers groove while dancing.

This video goes through the basics and importance of warm up and stretching. It's easily overlooked, but the most important element in setting you up for success in this dance.

This goes further in depth in how to strengthen your legs when you start learning footwork moves and combinations.
