Like all of my courses - You will I will not only thoroughly go over the Cisco Packet tracer Application but I will also give you the opportunity to follow along with me and build some simple Switching and Routing Labs, and we will briefly discuss some networking fundamentals so you understand what is it we are building. In addition to traditional networking labs, I will also show you how to set up a lab for any of you System Integrations folks joining this course so you can take full advantage of this powerful application.

This lecture will walk you through the benefits of Cisco Packet Tracer, who should make Packet Tracer part of their training regiment, and some alternative solutions.

This description will give you the information you need to be able to navigate around in cisco packet tracer so you are aware of where different features are located as you move forward with your cisco studies.

This lecture will guide you through on how to actually start using cisco packet tracer and how to work with different networking devices inside of the workspace.

In this lecture you will learn how to add devices to your workspace and build a network topology inside of cisco packet tracer. This will be the start of the lab we build moving through the rest of this course.

In this lecture you will learn how to configure End User Devices within cisco packet tracer and you will learn some simple administrative tasks on those devices.

In this lecture you will begin to get a crash course on how to capture traffic inside of cisco packet tracer which is a huge tool that you can utilize for your networking studies. Along with just talking about how to capture the traffic, you will also learn some basic information about Broadcast Domains and how the ARP protocol is used.

In this lecture you will set up a layer 3 lab by adding a router into our network topologies.

In this lecture you will learn how to configure a simple router network and configuring the interfaces on a router so that we can communicate two networks, or broadcast domains, together!

In this video you will go over how to capture traffic again using cisco packet tracers packet simulator, but this time we will talk about the information your seeing at a layer 3 perspective. We will briefly go over some minor details pertaining to data encapsulation and broadcast domains so you have a better understanding of what the information is inside of these packet captures.
