i am a mental health therapist and it is more of a refresher for me at this point Good information, some of the animations were distracting when trying to listen to the information.

The models which I was looking forward to were in written PDFs and not explained in the videos which I found strange.

As someone who has depression, anxiety and panic disorders, and agoraphobia, I have no doubt that by applying the information and tools provided in this course I will have the ability to live life much freer, and I'm looking forward to it.

I feel this course is more of a self-help resource, rather than a professional resource.

This is a great course if you are someone who likes to sit and do a lot of thinking on your own rather than have a guide or tutor through your self-discovery process.

It is more appealing to me to treat myself in my own way rather than a professional counselor which I wouldn't be able to afford anyhow Helpful and insightful with great examples.
