The IT Ops sessions are short-form conference-style sessions, minus the conference. In this session, Using Google Cloud’s Generative AI for IT Service Desk Automation, you’ll learn how to automate IT service desk tasks with a chatbot powered by Google Cloud’s generative AI tech. In particular, you’ll explore how to work with Vertex AI Conversation to build a chatbot grounded in knowledge sources, how to leverage generative playbooks to easily incorporate tool use into your chatbot, and how to use the generative fallback capability and leverage it in the context of a service desk chatbot. When you’re finished with this session, you’ll have a better understanding of chatbot development with Vertex AI Conversation, and concepts such as grounding, generative fallback, and generative playbooks.
