Ce premier MOOC vise à poser une définition claire de l'investissement à impact, à vous présenter les acteurs de son écosystème et les différents instruments financiers disponibles.

Dans le 1er module, vous comprendrez ce qu’est l’investissement à impact : le contexte historique et légal de son émergence, ses caractéristiques, ses principaux critères de différenciation, ses acteurs clés, les cibles qu’il vise.

Le 2e module mettra en lumière les entrepreneurs à impact, ceux qui consacrent leur temps, leur énergie et leur créativité à la recherche de solutions nouvelles répondant à des besoins sociaux et/ou environnementaux.

Le 3e module sera dédié aux investisseurs à impact, ceux qui veulent mettre le capital au service du bien commun.

Enfin, le 4e module fera un zoom sur les modalités de financement, en abordant les différents types d’instruments, allant du plus commun au plus spécifique.

A l’issue de ce premier MOOC, vous serez en mesure :
