Even though this course is "only" 12 hours long, I've gotten a lot out of it by spreading it out over my month-long subscription. A lot of the skills taught truly are "soft" skills. That means it's easy to get their gist, but I've found the best way to make the most of this course is by practicing its concepts. Obviously you won't be able to see the results of some of these skills, but I can tell you in the three months since I took this course that there have been real improvements and my 360-feedback from my direct reports have improved over last year's, especially in areas related to communication and setting expectations.
