More specifically, in this 2-hour long project-based course, you will learn how to navigate the Trello interface and understand its core components: boards, lists, and cards. You will create a new Trello board and customize it for your project needs, organize tasks into lists and cards, categorize work into phases or sprints, assign tasks to team members, and manage workload distribution.
