I learned so much in this class about influence and the things I can do right away to increase my ability to influence others.

I particularly enjoyed the last module about how to protect oneself from unwanted influence.

I also learned how some people can manipulate situations to their advantage and what actions to take to reduce the risk of unwanted influence.

Not all of the potential topics were covered (for example, Commitment and consistency, which was mentioned by Caldini, is not presented here), and not of the material was actually usefull (the block about the protection from unwanted influence is extremely silly) but in general it's not bad.
