SharePoint Conference '19
Using Microsoft Graph to Integrate Data and Services to Your Business Applications
The Microsoft Graph is the API to data and services within Microsoft 365. At this conference, you'll see many sessions covering scenarios around OneDrive and SharePoint, but there are many other endpoints available such as Outlook, OneNote, Planner, Teams and much more. As a SharePoint developer, you can consume the API from within SPFx web parts. It can also be consumed in other experiences such as long running process in dotnet web services, workflows in Microsoft Flow, bots in Microsoft Teams, voice commands in Cortana and much more. Jeremy Thake, Senior Program Manager on Microsoft Graph, will give you an overview of what services are available for you to leverage in your business applications. It will walk through various different platforms that can access these APIs and introduce how you obtain the access through Active Directory app registration to call the API.
