You will learn how to gain speed and power on the punches that you throw. This course will not only make you stronger your boxing skills will increase if you apply the knowledge in this course. This course is to help you learn the art form of boxing not just fighting. If you are equipped with the skills you can only get better as long as you practice. Each Day take time to practice your skills from each section. When you practice these techniques your boxing level, timing and elusiveness will increase.

Introduction

In this section of the course you will learn how to work in the proper stance of boxing. You will learn the proper foot work from an orthodox and south paw fighters. He will also learn drills to help you with your lateral motions and forward and backwards motion. Also, you will learn how to become a pressure fighter and a fighter that fights on the outside. you will go through a series of drill with the ladders, cones, and in the circles drills that will help you with your placement.
