In this video I explain what's called The Habit Loop. Something triggers your habit (you may or may not know what that is), then there is a habit routine, and finally the reward.

What are 4 Types of Habits?

At the end of this lecture, you will understand why this knowledge and the science behind it are so crucial to live a better life, and even more importantly, you will start believing that you can change your habits, and therefore your life.
