Tactical decisions in supply chain management are designed to develop products at the lowest costs. These decisions are made within the framework of higher-level strategic supply chain decisions and depend on the particular product being developed. Tactical decisions can affect any level of the supply chain, including transportation and network planning, facilitation location choices, vehicle routing, scheduling, production planning, and supplier negotiations. These decisions are supported by data and network models that provide insight into logistical options.

In this course, you will learn techniques and tools required for decision-making in supply chain logistics and operations. By the end of this course, you will gain the knowledge and skills to:
