PRINCE2® - The Progress Theme

How is your project progressing? Want to know how the project is progressing when measured against the plans you wrote? In this course, PRINCE2® - The Progress Theme, you'll take a deep dive into the tools, techniques, and principles within the PRINCE2® method that enable you to baseline, measure, and report both the progress of the project and the lessons learned.
