CPR is a hands only reviving technique that you can offer to anyone who is unresponsive and is in a medical emergency. By the time you are at this lecture you already know how to identify an emergency and if a person is responsive or not. Many of the earlier mentioned events and injuries can make a person unresponsive and it might require administration of CPR or the use of AED when it is available. CPR is a tiring process however you can on the spot train someone around you to alternate it with you as well. It is easy but requires force.
