JHipster is an open-source application generator for creating Spring Boot apps. In this course, learn how to build a fully-functional Spring Boot and Angular microservice application using the JHipster Yeoman generator. Instructor Chris Anatalio reviews microservice architecture, best practices, and the relative pros and cons of microservices. He also dives into JHipster—discussing its out-of-the-box features and related technologies—and explains how to use this application generator to build an application. Chris then shows how to generate multiple microservices and connect them together.
