Модуль 1

В первой части этого модуля участники курса изучат методы лечения пациентов с политравмой. Они познакомятся с операционными процедурами в реанимационном зале и алгоритмом ATLS. Этот стандартизированный алгоритм, который используется во всем мире; он основан на схеме ABCDE, которая будет подробно объяснена студентам в ходе данного модуля. Схема предназначена для структурирования лечения сложных, угрожающих жизни травм и тем самым повышения вероятности выживания пациентов. Во второй части модуля студенты будут ознакомлены с основами менеджмента переломов. Они не только узнают о структуре костей и их функции, но и получат знания о классификации переломов. Кроме того, будут разъяснены три основных принципа консервативного и оперативного лечения переломов, а именно: репозиция, фиксация и реабилитация. Поэтому особое внимание уделяется различным методам терапии c помощью остеосинтеза. Третья часть модуля является первым введением в верхнюю конечность. В третьем эпизоде участники узнают о переломах ключицы. Сначала они ознакомятся с анатомией ключицы и классификацией возможных переломов. Далее обсуждаются различные механизмы травмирования, правильные методы обследования и обязательная терапия. Кроме того, обсуждается и крайне нежелательное осложнение - ложный артроз. Четвертый и последний эпизод этого модуля посвящен переломам плечевой головки. Сначала участники повторят важнейшие анатомические основы. Они узнают самую важную классификацию - по Ниру. Цель заключается в том, чтобы дать участникам возможность принимать терапевтические решения, включая варианты безоперационного лечения и хирургическое лечение пластинами или протезами.
