Also, this course will not teach you about installing services. Services are more technical and involve the local power company. I do provide a tour of a standard meter disconnect set up, but ultimately we focus on just the house itself.

These are two things I don't have in my house, and maybe you don't want them either, but I have to include them because lots of people like them, but plumbers don't like disposals because they clog up. Nasty.

GFIs are vitally important and need to be done rightly or else, when you apply power, they just flat out won't work. Bummer.

You like hot water, I like hot water, pretty much everybody enjoys hot water at some point or another, and here in the 21st century we are able to have hot water on demand but following these simple steps.

Some people use the sun to dry their clothes, others opt for an electric dryer. This video will show you what kind of wire you need to handle the amperage necessary to operate a dryer.

How hard can it be to tighten a screw. Well let me tell you, if that screw isn't tight you may experience some functionality problems.
