    user stories

I do wish the "real life" examples spent a little more time building up the Agile process (instead of just sort of showing the drag and drop functionality), and that a little more time was spent on the development of user stories and how they relate to the tasks and sprint planning/backlog cycle.

I would have preferred more detail for each part of Agile - I felt the focus was only on User Stories.

For example, who would pull together Product Backlog (user stories)?

A real life example of a product how it was split into user stories, how many developers, how team resolved, what type of feedback they got from customer, etc would have been helpful So far is basic and introductory so nothing I hadn't known before.

However, as it is only a crash course, it does not cover more in-depth but super useful topics, like building user stories based on persona.

I'd love to see more actual examples of the planning sessions, how an MVP is actually determined and how the user stories are chosen.

I learned about Agile being a method to do projects and what user stories, sprints, iterations etc are and how I can apply this to everyday life!

What is lacking is a bit more detailed explanation of user stories, story points and velocity with real examples.

I am working in a company where we've had people in from the UK working on a project talking about Sprints, User Stories etc.

I probably would have liked a little bit more on user stories, but I understood the concept.

It would be better if he can give more real case how-to such as if we want to create a project in which there are requirements etc etc and transform them to user stories and break down to tasks.

I've been using Trello for a number of years (and basically in the way described here), so I would have liked to spend less time on that, and a bit more examples of "User Stories" and things that are more specific to Agile.

In no more than a couple of hours I am able to use correctly concepts such as sprints, user stories, story points, MVP, etc.

There might have been more commentary regarding the user stories and pinning down estimates, but otherwise, well done and helpfull.

    scrum master

I enjoyed the course as a refresher on top of the Scrum Master accredited course I have already completed.

I am already in the role of Scrum Master so a lot of this was not new to me.

I was not the PM or scrum master, I was one of the engineers.

I have worked in teams lead by a PM and Scrum Master.

great course to jump immediately into the agile world!- thanks mauricio I just began a new job and was surprised when I was offered a chance to act as scrum master.

It is interesting to see from this course how "old" habits can, if there is not a strong enough Scrum Master -creap back in and blur the results of Rituals and Sprints.

I am a Scrum master, and what I have learned on this sharing is still informative, and the tools that were shared was really a great help, even though i'm already a scrum master there are some insights that were really helpful and informative as well.

interesting and easy to follow :-) This was a very good course which was explained nicely Very useful and for me it was a perfect refreshment as i also followed the scrum master I training.

I heard some of the terms like Scrum Master before, but no idea what was it.

There was only one thing that made me cringe a bit and that was a definition of a Scrum Master as a team leader.

Now, after this course, I've volunteered myself to be the scrum master.

scrum master vs project manager, etc for organization that use strict job separation/structure) Interesting Great course for beginners or for an agile refresher.

:-) One thing I'd like to see more of, is more "meat" surrounding the Scrum Master and Product Owners role.

I am planning to pay for my own certification for Agile Scrum Master, and this is a great help.

    short amount of time

Simple and concise course to learn Agile in a short amount of time.

perfect course in short amount of time you get to know about agile processes and how it works Thanks to instructor he made it simple and understandable with more examples Content is good, but it's very much the same as his other video.

I feel like I have learned so much about Agile in such a short amount of time!

At first glance I was hesitant that this course only included an hour of lecture content, but Mauricio packed in a lot of content in a short amount of time!

This is a very nice crash course, a lot of points are covered in a short amount of time.

You learn a lot in a short amount of time.

It gets you ready to use Agile in a short amount of time.

Gives a great overview of the Agile philosophy and workflow - with enough detail and real-world examples to illustrate how to get going, while at the same time being concise enough to get through the course in a short amount of time without spending hours on it.

A lot of value packed into a short amount of time.

Gave me a decent grounding in the subject in a short amount of time.

    microsoft planner

More examples of how to create a board in Microsoft planner could have been helpful, nevertheless, the course is very useful.

Also appreciate the live demonstration of trello and microsoft planner.

The instructor could really put across all he had to in the course and the walk through on Trello and Microsoft Planner was so helpful.

Both sections on Trello and Microsoft Planner were very intuitive and insightful.

Got a detailed idea of Trello and Microsoft planner.

I really liked the pace of the course and the examples provided on the user of Microsoft Planners and Trello for managing projects.

Watching activities for programs I don't necessarily have (Microsoft Planner) wasn't the best utilization of time for me.

A well paced course, delivered by a good Trainer who introduced me to Trello and Microsoft Planner.

His lectures also include a demo for 2 different digital tools that can help a lot while applying the Agile methodology: 'Trello' and 'Microsoft Planner'.

I love also the introduction of Microsoft planner part, very helpful.

Most of the time was videos over Trello and Microsoft Planner basics.

Finally, the section on Microsoft Planner could be done in half the time, it was way too long in my opinion.

May be topic about Microsoft planner could be replace with requested video.

This was a very helpful view of how to utilize Microsoft planner A short course which gives an idea on Agile without having to go through many hours of lectures Had great learning experience!!

    kanban boards

Well explained lectures and excellent examples provided including the use of digital kanban boards.

Thank you for the great explanation and for showcasing useful examples on using the different kanban boards available.

I enjoyed the real life examples of using Kanban boards for projects.

This course re-enforced what I have already learned about Agile and gave me additional information (such as the different style of Kanban boards) that will help with my projects.

I thought there was good info in here, but since it was "agile crash course" was looking for the differences between the types of agile methodologies, not just scrum and kanban boards (although I know those are the most popular so maybe that is what everyone else wants.)

Excellent material, especially the examples of Kanban boards using different software tools.

This course made it so simple to understand and had the extra bonus of showing how to create Kanban boards in multiple applications.

Me dio muy buenas herramientas para el uso de los Kanban boards.

I am a mechanical engineer, but I already setup Trello kanban boards for my projects at work.

He explained the Kanban boards and showed how easy they were to use.

    trello and ms planner

I really liked the important Agile terminologies and more importantly the tools used in Agile - Trello and MS Planner.

Trello and MS Planner both seem like great tools for getting started with Agile project management.

A significant portion of time spent on Trello and MS Planner high level which is OK if that's what you want from this.

Highly recommended Nice templates and walkthrough of Trello and MS Planner to give a view of real world Agile Kanban boards and Sprint planning Really enjoyed the course!

Especially I liked introduction of the Trello and MS planner.

    step by step

This Course is good to know the principles and metodology of Agile but i would have preferred one where a project was explained step by step.

I would recommend that you do a complete course in Trello step by step with case studies.

I love the course, because of that is simplicity and describe more clearly and quickly, let me know it deeply, Demo Free tool "Trello" step by step, that can help us to use it smoothly.

Or the example which was shown using Trello could have a more detailed approached with the lecturer actually talking through step by step using one project sample.

The course provides you with a step by step video on how to get started, materials, real life examples, and repetitions of the most important key points.

great interview and step by step approach to building final finished product Very informative.

    difference between

difference between scrum and kanban boards is missing.

The course makes it so easy to understand Agile I was able to grasp the concept of Agile along with learning the key difference between Project management and why we should keep them separate as well.

Good course for people completely new to Agile - would be great to understand the difference between different methodologies (SAFE, DSDM etc) and common pitfalls / issues with Agile and how to overcome them Great concise overview of the Agile framework.

the difference between transitional method and agile methodology; also the essential characteristic of agile Yes, my project uses Agile and I was able to relate to the concepts Absolument Its was really good.

And I can see the distinct difference between traditional project planning and Agile, and why Agile is far superior.

The example at the beginning was excellent in demonstrating the difference between transitional and agile project management.

Like the images to emphasis difference between agile and traditional projects.

Really liked the course although it seem to me that difference between scrum and kanban are not explained well.
