Meterpreter is a powerful tool that allows attackers to control a compromised computer remotely. It is a feature of the Metasploit Framework, an open-source tool for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. Meterpreter is a highly versatile tool that can be used to perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Execute commands on the target computer
- Download and upload files
- Modify the registry
- Manipulate processes
- Control the network traffic
- Collect information about the target computer
Why Learn Meterpreter?
