Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or CISSP, is a certification offered by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2. The certification is designed to validate a professional's knowledge and expertise in information security and risk management. CISSP certification holders must have at least five years of experience in two or more of the eight domains covered by the certification. The eight domains are:
