Anti-forensics is a subfield of computer security that focuses on techniques and methods for obstructing, hindering, or preventing forensic analysis of digital devices and data. The goal of anti-forensics is to make it difficult or impossible for forensic investigators to recover or examine evidence from a device, such as files, logs, or other digital artifacts.
