Planning
Project planning is the process of developing a detailed plan for how a project will be executed. This includes identifying the project's goals, objectives, and deliverables; defining the scope of work; and estimating the resources that will be needed to complete the project.
A project plan should be comprehensive and detailed enough to provide a clear roadmap for the project team. However, it should also be flexible enough to allow for changes as the project progresses.
Organizing
Project organizing is the process of assigning resources to the project and developing a system for managing the project's activities. This includes creating a project structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing communication channels.
