RESTAssured is a Java library for testing RESTful web services. It provides a simple and intuitive API for creating and executing RESTful web service tests in a fluent style. RESTAssured is based on the popular HTTP client library Apache HttpClient and provides a number of features that make it easy to test RESTful web services, including:
- Support for a variety of HTTP methods, including GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and HEAD
- Ability to send and receive data in a variety of formats, including JSON, XML, and text
