Course really helped me in understanding difference between leader and a manager.

I was already familiar with much of what Seth presented because I'm an avid fan of his audiobooks... but it was a good, concise reminder of the basic points he articulates about the difference between managing and leading, responsibility and authority, the inevitability of failure, and the importance of leaping.

It crystalizes the difference between leadership and management and let's me feel that I am understood and not alone in my views and experiences.

Bacuase in less than 4 minutes I was able to clearly understand the difference between a manager and a leader.

Seth made a very clear point the difference between leader and manager.

Even though I wouldn't say "I haven't heard any of this before", I am enjoying the way Seth is structuring the lectures so far and the approaches he takes in conveying his message.

Because I'm only halfway through the course, so far it's just been motivational.

Questions are not very user-friendly so far the things are slow and Clumber some As usually seth, has a really art to make a class..... Great, short and good.

Inspiring So far, it feels like broad, sweeping generalizations and the tone is negative toward management - you need both to be successful.

It's inspiring, but so far, pretty impractical.

So far I have enjoyed this class and I have not yet conpleted the remainder classes.

Recommended It's was easy to follow and left me with provocative thoughts and understanding the difference between a leader and manager.

Great Course - he teaches in short clips that are direct and easy to follow, then there is tons of supporting documents that help you apply the lessons.

Did I learn anything?....yes there is a difference between management and leadership but that's about it...don't think I'd do another Udemy course again ... not good value for the money I'm afraid:( The course content is very concise and easy to understand.

Be specific: The mixture of short video followed by the writing exercises is an effective way to capture your own thoughts and insights.

The combination of teaching and writing exercises helps to solidify Seth's message of leadership, and also what that message means in your own context.

I like the writing exercises, but I'd like to see some variety in the tools that we are using.

I am inspired to take responsibility and create change, i am not going to wait for authority to do that.

What I enjoyed were 2 powerful takeaways: 1) You don’t need authority, you can take responsibility instead.

The writing prompts were helpful and informative.
