It is now more important than ever for organizational leaders to understand the impact of the culture on the productivity and success of their organizations and to be able to guide the company through planned cultural transformations. These transformations can be isolated to a specific department or involve the whole organization and is becoming more common as organizational landscapes are constantly changing due to advancements in technology, changing employee expectations, and evolving global market conditions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Cultural Transformation Leader

The day-to-day work of a Cultural Transformation Leader is varied and usually unique to the organization for which you work. Some common responsibilities include:
