PPP Specialist
Public-private partnerships (PPPs) are a form of collaboration between the public and private sectors to develop and deliver infrastructure and public services. PPP Specialists are responsible for managing these partnerships, ensuring that they are structured in a way that benefits both the public and private sectors and that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Skills and Knowledge
PPPs are complex undertakings that require a wide range of skills and knowledge. PPP Specialists must have a strong understanding of both the public and private sectors, as well as the legal and financial frameworks that govern PPPs. They must also be able to negotiate complex contracts and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
In addition to their technical skills, PPP Specialists must also have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including government officials, private sector partners, and community groups.
