Community Health Nurses play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of communities. Job Description
Community Health Nurses work in a variety of settings, including community health centers, schools, workplaces, and homes. They provide a wide range of services, including:

Community Health Nurses work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to their patients. They also work with community organizations and leaders to develop and implement health programs and initiatives.
Education and Training
To become a Community Health Nurse, you typically need a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Some employers may also require a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on community health.
In addition to your education, you will also need to pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) to become a licensed registered nurse (RN). Once you are licensed, you can then apply for certification as a Community Health Nurse through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
