Esports Event Managers organize, manage, and oversee all aspects of esports events, from planning and budgeting to marketing and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and meet the needs of attendees, participants, and sponsors. Due to the complexity of these events and the many moving parts, you will need to be able to think critically and creatively, anticipate problems, and solve them quickly and efficiently.

Event Planning

Esports Event Managers must be skilled and experienced in all areas of event planning. This includes planning the event, booking venues, coordinating vendors, and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are secured.

Logistics

In addition to planning the event, you will also be responsible for managing the logistics of the event. This includes coordinating transportation, accommodations, and food and beverage for attendees, participants, and sponsors. You will also be responsible for managing the event staff and volunteers.
