Diversity & Inclusion Strategists are responsible for creating and implementing diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs and initiatives within organizations. They work to ensure that all employees feel valued and respected, and that the organization is inclusive of all backgrounds and perspectives. After completing their undergraduate studies, some people go on to earn a master's degree in diversity and inclusion management or a related field.
