Military Special Operations Forces Operators (SOF) are the elite of the U.S. military, responsible for conducting the most dangerous and challenging missions around the world. These highly trained and skilled operators are experts in unconventional warfare, special reconnaissance, direct action, counterterrorism, and other specialized operations. SOF Operators are often the first on the ground in conflict zones, and they play a vital role in protecting the United States and its allies.
Education and Training
To become a SOF Operator, you must first meet the basic requirements for military service, which include being a U.S. citizen, being between the ages of 17 and 35, and having a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also pass a physical fitness test and a medical screening.
