A Global Mobility Manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of global mobility programs within an organization. They work closely with HR and other departments to ensure that employees and their families have a smooth and successful relocation experience. Global Mobility Managers must have a deep understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as the cultural nuances of the countries in which their employees will be living and working. They must also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Managing the budget for the global mobility program
  • Keeping up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations
  • Providing training and development to employees on global mobility issues
  • Working with HR and other departments to ensure that the global mobility program is aligned with the organization's overall business goals
