Education and Training
Healthcare Human Resources Managers typically have a bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master's degree in human resources or healthcare administration. Healthcare Human Resources Managers must also be certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
