These teams are self-organizing and cross-functional, meaning they possess all the necessary skills to create product increments without relying on external support. As a Scrum Team Member, you contribute directly to the creation of the product, collaborating closely with peers, the Product Owner (who represents the customer and business interests), and the Scrum Master (who facilitates the Scrum process and removes impediments).
