Identifying Social Entrepreneurship Opportunities

This course clarifies the definition and meaning of Social Entrepreneurship, focusing on identifying the root of a social problem. It introduces different perspectives and complementary assets to help detect opportunities and develop ideas for social change businesses. Students will form teams, research a problem topic, and identify a purpose for their social venture project.

Social Business Model and Planning for Social Innovation

In this course, we will develop a business model using the Business Model Canvas and start writing a business plan. We will also assess different organizational forms and select the one that is appropriate for the developed business model. By the end of the course, students will be able to compare different social impact investment methods and choose the right funding strategy for their social venture.

Unleashing the Impact of your Social Enterprise

In Course 3, you will learn about Social Impact Assessment, enabling you to evaluate your social mission. You will also outline a communication strategy and market your products and services. Furthermore, you will determine growth strategies and how to scale or replicate your business plan internationally. Finally, you will evaluate exit strategies.
