You will learn about the project management life cycle from initiation to closing, addressing the behavioral and quantitative facets of project management, as well as the use of methods, tools, and techniques for the initiation, planning, execution, and closing of projects.

Best Practices for Project Management Success

Project management plays a key role in supporting a business's success. This course teaches the organizational and leadership characteristics for project success, including project management methods and best practices, project portfolio management, Six Sigma, and project management leadership.

International Project Management

(90 hours)
Managing global projects presents unique challenges. This course addresses the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to successfully manage projects that span organizations, national boundaries, and cultural differences.
