** Tee Shots audio support program can be used after this first lesson. Listen to it for at least one week before going to bed.

Continuing from ball position, address position, head alignment to properly "see" the lane (Fairway) and beginning to understand how the conscious mind (The Bogey Man) likes to get in the way and interrupt your pre-shot process and how to get all this automated.

At address setting up for the proper mindset by understanding the conscious mind deletes words, giving direct suggested commands to the subconscious for performance. BTBM teaches you here how to pre-frame your mind for a successful drive.

Getting the naturally defensive, negative conscious mind out of the equation is next key! By programming the "I want to go there" command to redirect yourself to Beat the Bogey Man inside our minds, you increase all the odds that you will arrive in the fairway.
