In this course, Network Troubleshooting and Tools, you'll learn a variety of common issues in IT as well as the tools to use to identify and correct those issues. First you'll explore standard troubleshooting methodology to identify the source of issues in IT systems. Next, you’ll discover the tools needed to troubleshoot copper and fiber optic cabling issues. Then, you'll learn software tools used to verify proper operation of protocols, as well as how to use them to identify problems. Finally, you’ll examine common network issues, learning how to identify and correct the network problems.
