Le MOOC “Manager dans l’incertain” s’adresse aux étudiants comme aux porteurs de projet et managers (qu'ils soient en activité professionnelle, juniors ou seniors dans leurs domaines de spécialité) mais aussi à tout acteur du monde de l'entreprise susceptible de prendre des décisions dans un contexte imprévisible.

Ce MOOC vous invite à suivre une démarche de décision en 12 étapes propre à la méthode du D.M.C. (Decision Model Canvas). Cette méthode vous amènera à vous poser 12 questions essentielles pour être assuré de faire des choix pertinents dans un environnement incertain.

Au fil des chapitres et vidéos de ce MOOC, nous vous présenterons les thèses avancées par des chercheurs émérites. Nous évoquerons aussi les travaux de plusieurs prix Nobel, de chercheurs de référence dans différents domaines des Sciences Sociales ainsi que d’essayistes à la frontière des mondes académiques et des affaires (Daniel Kahneman, Herbert Simon, Frank Knight, Icek Ajzen, Nassim Taleb, Dan Ariely, …).

Pour approfondir votre expérience d'apprentissage, vous collaborerez avec une communauté internationale d'apprenants tout en travaillant de manière pratique sur vos propres projets.

À l’issue de ce MOOC vous serez dans les meilleures conditions possibles pour appréhender minutieusement chacune des cases du D.M.C et faire des choix pertinents dans un environnement imprévisible !

Manager dans l'incertain : présentations de la démarche et de l'outil

Ce MOOC invite les porteurs de projet, amenés à prendre des décisions dans un monde incertain, à suivre un raisonnement en 12 étapes. Ces 12 étapes peuvent être comprises comme les 12 questions essentielles à se poser pour être assuré de faire des choix pertinents dans un environnement imprévisible. La première semaine du MOOC va être l'occasion de vous présenter 1) la démarche à suivre dans l'incertain, 2) l'outil à utiliser pour prendre des décisions éclairées dans l'incertain (le D.M.C.) et 3) les 2 premières cases de l'outil.
