At minute 1:07, I made a mistake; it takes 2 bits to come up with 4 subnets. That makes the modified subnet mask 255.255.255.192 or /26.

Finally, we end up with only 4 subnets with the following network range per subnet:

--> 200.10.5.128 - 200.10.5.191

--> 200.10.5.192 - 200.10.5.255
