Skipping is not only great for your legs but for the whole cardio and balance too. Let me show you my favourite and most effective exercises.

Abdominals and body rotation are one of the most important factors in order to have huge powerful forehand, flexibility and core strength is very much underestimated by majority of club tennis players. Here are some of my favourite exercises that will help you.

Medicine ball is one of the best tools for any tennis player. Make sure you do this exercise whenever you can as its great for overall body strength and flexibility.

This is a great exercise for your attacking forehand, if you have nobody else to train with, but you have the tennis wall. I do this pretty often and it just works.

Mind Set is very important if you want to improve in any parts of your game. In this video I just highlight some of the most important mind approaches when training.
